At the beginning of 2012, I envisioned SOUNDWICH.ES becoming this grandiose website that chronicled my listening behaviors in real-time. It was going to have all sorts of really amazing features and it was just going to happen, all without me having to do anything but listen to great music.
Needless to say, none of that happened.
Instead, I put that energy into marrying an amazing woman, curating the biggest and best concert series of my life, joining a band again, traveling, and otherwise just taking some time off for the first time in many years.
And, all of that time "off" has led me to a bucket of nearly 500 songs to pair down into my Top 100 of 2012. It's taking me forever and in an effort to always be shipping, I present to you my Top 15 Albums of 2012. It will have to do for now. I think you'll survive.
